5cl Mondino Grapefruit or Lemon Zest Tonic Water (e.g. Green Monaco Tonic)
Pour Mondino over ice with tonic water, garnish with grapefruit or lemon zest.
2cl Mondino 2cl Wermut (Belsazar Red) 2cl Gin (Gin Sul ot The Duke) Orange zest
Pour ingredients over ice into a tumbler, stir and garnish with an orange zest. ––– For parties, prepare larger quantities in a lemonade dispenser and steep with orange zest. Tap as needed.
3-4cl Mondino 10cl champagne or sparkling wine 3-4cl tonic water
Serve over ice in a large wine glass and garnish with a lemon zest or slice.

Grandfather Hans Schnitzer brought the recipes from his apprenticeship in South Tyrol to his native Chiemgau in the 60s.
